We’re looking for professionals who can

• Developing and serving an existing client base
• Advise clients on the implementation of complex corporate structures, partnerships and joint ventures
• Manage business acquisitions by way of assets or shares
• Advise on corporate arrangements, reorganizations and restructurings
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
• Negotiate and implement shareholder and investor agreements
• Advise local and international companies on private financing transactions in all forms, including traditional debt, convertible debt and equity investments
• Advise clients on corporate structures, governance issues and related strategic matters

Qualificatins and Skills

• 10+ years of relevant transactional experience
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
• Proven client management skills
• Strong organizational skills and excellent management of priorities
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• An entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent academic credentials
• Member of the Quebec Bar
