Our clients – including private corporations, public companies, and institutions – are seeking Legal Counsel to join their in-house litigation teams.

These roles place you at the center of decision-making, combining legal analysis, risk management, and operational insight.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Managing litigation files in collaboration with external counsel
• Analyzing claims, potential legal actions, and settlement or defense strategies
• Drafting legal documents, including demand letters, contract clauses, and legal opinions
• Supporting business units in dispute prevention (contracts, internal policies, compliance)
• Handling matters involving contractual liability, commercial disputes, consumer law, and more.

Ideal profile:

• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar with experience in litigation or commercial law (in private practice or in-house)
• Strong interest in business-focused, solution-oriented legal practice
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (operations, sales, finance, IT, etc.)
• Bilingual (FR/EN) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
