Changing careers, going back to school, and moving countries, all at once: that's the leap that brought Rachid to legal recruitment in Canada.
Biography
Before moving into talent acquisition, Rachid managed large-scale projects and built complex business client relationships. To round out the shift, he completed a Master’s in Human Resources in France while working full-time, then climbed into management roles in recruitment at AXA. In 2024, he chose to start over entirely in Canada with his family, jumping into a new market with no safety net.
That exceptional ability to adapt is his greatest strength in the legal sector today. His philosophy is simple: listen and understand before advising, never mistake a candidate for their résumé, all of it delivered with a healthy dose of humility.
