Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements and various commercial agreements
• Participate in corporate reorganizations
• Lead or play an active role in mergers, acquisitions, and other commercial transactions
• Collaborate with team members on complex and challenging matters
• Maintain high standards of quality and client service

Requirements

• Approximately eight years of relevant experience in corporate and transactional law
• Strong experience with shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements
• Excellent academic and professional record
