Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex family law litigation matters
• Advise and represent clients throughout every stage of their files
• Analyze legal issues and develop appropriate strategies
• Prepare and review pleadings and other required legal documents
• Advocate before courts and other tribunals
• Collaborate with other team members in carrying out mandates
• Participate in the training and professional development of junior lawyers
• Maintain high standards of quality and client service

Requirements

• At least eight years of relevant experience in family law litigation
• Extensive experience in client representation and advocacy
• Excellent academic and professional record
