Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in a variety of labour and employment law matters
• Analyze legal issues and develop appropriate strategies
• Prepare and review pleadings, legal opinions, and other relevant documents
• Advocate before courts and other tribunals
• Independently manage complex matters with rigour and diligence
• Work closely with other members of the team
• Deliver high-quality professional service

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in labour and employment law
• Strong knowledge of labour and employment law
• A keen interest in advocacy
• Excellent academic and professional record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
