The partner joining the firm will have the opportunity to bring along their team of associates, paralegals, as well as their assistant.

We are looking for professionals who can

• Developing and serving an existing client base
• Advise clients on complex real estate transactions
• Accompany clients in real estate transactions
• Act as an advisor in real estate financing transactions
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
• Negotiate and set up sales and purchase contracts, development agreements, commercial leases and real estate financing
• Advising businesses on both a local and international scale

Qualificatins and Skills

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions and as a partner in a renowned law firm
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
• Strong organizational skills and excellent management of priorities
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• An entrepreneurial attitude fostering autonomy and the development of your practice
• Excellent academic credentials
• Member of the Quebec Bar
