Your Role

• Provide services in corporate taxation, tax litigation, services to individuals and non-profit organizations
• Work on complex files with a varied clientele
• Provide high quality services to internal and external clients in various types of files
• Conduct various types of tax-related research
• Meet and advise various internal and external stakeholders
• Draft various legal documents, including opinions, memos and deeds in connection with tax planning, reorganizations and representations

• Over 10 years of relevant experience as an associate in a reputable firm
• An entrepreneurial attitude fostering autonomy and the development of your practice
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
